Take your practice outside as we mix movement, meditation, sun, sea and salty air! Bring a towel and water! Classes are weather permitting! meet 10 min prior to class outside the studio and walk down to the beach together. Don't forget your sunblock! All Levels
Hatha style class thats great for beginners or those seeking a slower, softer more gentle style. The use of props will assist through our practice as well as allow you to melt into your mat for a longer, relaxing savasana! All Levels
ALL LEVELS VINYASA
The Vinyasa style of practice aims to blend mindful movement with the breath. We will flow, slowly and steadily along with briefly holding postures to gain strength and flexibility. All Levels
YIN - YASA
This Fusion of Yin yoga and Vinyasa flow creates a fully balanced practice! The Vinyasa portion is flowing movement building strength, balance and allows for quieting of the body and mind in order to drop more fully into the Yin portion. These longer held poses are designed to release connective tissue and create space in the joints! All Levels
Learn the Fundamentals of the poses as we move at a slower pace with a focus on alignment. This class is great for beginners or those seeking to refine their practice and get back to the basics! All Levels
A Class just for the kids ages 4-8 with teacher Stephanie Wiscott!- Six Week Series offered at various times throughout the year or as a private workshop!
Quiet the mind as you move with your breath in this heat building Vinyasa Flow. Expect continuous movement and dynamic breathing. Some challenging balancing poses as well as inversions are sometimes offered for those who look to take their practice to the next level. Some knowledge of basic yoga poses is suggested but not required. All Levels/ intermediate
45 min class starting with sun salutations to warm up the body then combining yoga strengthening poses, pilates and dynamic movement along with the use of weights to build strength on and burn fat in this quick butt-kicking workout! All Levels
